Hi all,
Just to let you know there was an issue with version 1.1.2 with the upgrade from previous versions setting the new post status option. You will need to go to the plugin settings and save the changes for any choice to the post status to register.

If you makes sure the Post Status is set to ‘publish’, and you have saved your settings. If that does not work, turn on the debug mode in the plugin’s settings, post some more images to Instagram then send us the debug.txt file created in your plugin folder to info[at]polevaultweb[dot]com.

Yes, all those settings are set in WordPress for the plugin and I have also turned on the debug file, still nothing is working.

Hey Mate,
I have just installed a new version of WP and Instragrate together. Unfortunately I am not seeing anything coming though. The posts are set to publish but alas nothing is being displayed.
I have not used the plugin before the the dropdown “last image” seems like it contains the number of instragram images I have but it is completely blanked out.
I suspect the issue has something to do with this new release.
Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you resave your settings. Check if the posts are being created in the post section of the admin, but maybe set to drafts?
Have you got any caching plugins?

Hello,
I am trying to use your plugin to set my instagram feed onto a new website. It only seems to be bringing in a few of my images, however, four so far. Am I doing something wrong?

So when you first install the plugin it won’t post any images. It will only posts images taken with Instagram after setup. How many images have you posted on IG since configuring the plugin?

Have you got any caching plugins on your site? The plugin will post images from IG 2 minutes after creating on IG to help stop duplicates, and the auto posting function that is called when you visit your blog (or page where posts are displayed) is throttled so it doesn’t run more than once in a minute.

Hi Guys,
I love this plugin…but it’s not working for me! I installed it a few days ago and had my settings on “date of posting” for post date – which was not what I wanted to do- in fact I got the plugin so it would integrate my old pictures with the current posts already on my blog. When I published it that way, all the posts were at the top of course. Realizing my error, I deleted all the posts and reinstalled the plugin. But now, even with the correct settings nothing is showing up. I have it set to “publish” I have it set to standard post format, and the postdate set how I want at “instagram image created date.”
Can you give me any idea what else I can do to get my images to show up in my post feed?

Hi Betty
Make sure you have cleared the deleted posts from the trash. Then in the plugin settings make sure you save the last image drop down as the earliest image.
This should now make the plugin post all the images again.

I cannot seem to get this plugin to pull the images. I have installed it 4 times, and have tried just about everything to get it working.
I think once working it would be great!! I am very interested in the pro version, however hesitant because I can’t get the free version working.

Hi!
I really like Instagrate and have used it without problems for some months. However, recently it has started to behave in strange ways. Every time I make a new Instagram, it first publishes a post with only the header in WordPress, then publishes a new post with both the header and the image.

I’m back from pro version to free version that still not uploading images and post.

Just to confirm the Pro version is a separate plugin to the Free one, not an upgrade to it.
If you are having issues with the pro version please send us the debug file from the plugin support settings page. What have you raised with your host? The debug file is helpful for us to troubleshoot the plugin so I would advise against contacting your hosting about changes to your server config based upon the debug file.
The Pro plugin allows multiple accounts to be used.

Hello,
I\’m having the same issue as everyone else. I\’ve updated the settings accordingly, and nothing is posting. I\’ve checked the Posts and Media sections and nothing is added. I even checked \”Check this to bypass the is_home() check when the plugin auto posts.\” and still nothing.
My website is hosted on WP Engine and I have WordPress 3.5.1 installed. I also do not have any sliders activated in the event they are conflicting with your plugin. I also checked the Debug option and took a few more photos through Instagram, but I\’m not seeing a debug file in any of the plugins folders.
Any other suggestions?

Got your debug file thanks. It looks like an image Test was posted to your site. Have you got a link to your site please?
Also when you first install the plugin only future images will get posted, but you can retrospectively select images to post with the Last Image drop down.
